When the offer comes in, we do not stop. We rehearse the negotiation conversation, document your salary band against the market, and write the script. Then we plan your first 90 days in the new role so the credibility you built does not evaporate on day one. Minimum engagement is 12 weeks. If you are still actively interviewing past that, we keep going. There is no hard cap.

Before You Decide

Will you apply to jobs for me?
No. The point of the program is to make recruiters and hiring managers come to you, and to equip you to run targeted outreach yourself. Applications you blast at this level have a near-zero response rate. Warm intros and inbound have a much better hit rate, and the skill carries forward to every job search you ever run again.
What if no one is hiring at the end of 90 days?
The minimum engagement is 12 weeks. If you are still actively interviewing past 90 days, we keep going. There is no hard cap. The trade is that you keep doing the work. If you stop, the support pauses.
Who is this program for?
This program is for cybersecurity professionals targeting a better-paying version of the role they already know. If you want to step into the security architect role specifically, the Security Architect Program is the better fit.
What if I have a career gap?
Common, and addressable. We treat the gap as a positioning question, not a confession. Done well, it becomes a non-event in interviews. Done badly, it becomes the only thing they remember. Pillar 01 covers exactly how to frame yours.
What language are sessions in?
English by default. Fabien is supported by equally or better qualified coaches who can deliver sessions in French, Spanish, or English depending on your preference and target market.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Accelerator?
Yes. If you start with Starter and decide you want the full program, the €500 credits toward the Accelerator fee.
